Diamond (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a team-management app for softball and baseball teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: privacy@diamondsports.app.
What we collect
- Account information you provide: email address and display name; optionally a short bio, gender, and a profile photo.
- Team activity: team membership and role, game/practice RSVPs, lineups, and self-reported game statistics.
- Sign-in data: passwordless “magic link” email sign-in; we store the authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, sell your data, or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use the information above only to operate Diamond:
- to create and secure your account and keep you signed in;
- to run your team's schedule, RSVPs, lineups, scoring, and stats;
- to send passwordless sign-in and team-invitation emails;
- to show game-day weather (Apple WeatherKit, based on a game's location).
Where it's stored / who processes it
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
- Resend — delivers sign-in and invitation emails.
- Apple — TestFlight distribution and WeatherKit weather data.
Access is restricted so you only see data for the teams you belong to.
Your choices
Edit your profile in the app. To delete your account and data, email privacy@diamondsports.app.
Children
Diamond is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
